हाल नेपालका १८ जिल्लामा जापानीज इन्सेफलाइटिस (JE) को संक्रमण तीव्र गतिमा फैलिँदै छ। पहिलो तथ्यांक अनुसार १० दिन भित्र JE को केस १३ बाट ३३ पुगेको छ र ३ जनाले ज्यान गुमाइसकेका छन्।

यो भाइरस, सङ्क्रमित लामखुट्टेको टोकाइबाट सर्ने गम्भीर रोग हो, जसले मस्तिष्कमा असर गर्न सक्छ र जीवनभर गम्भीर अपाङ्ग हुने बनाउँछ।
WHO को चेतावनी अनुसार, मनसुनको समयमा यो रोगको जोखिम अझ बढी हुन्छ, त्यसैले:
➡समयमै JE को खोप लगाऔं किन भने खोप एक मात्र प्रभावकारी रोकथाम को उपाए हो,
