Nepali Yoga Women Trust

Nepali Yoga Women Trust Holistic Women Empowerment The women learn holistic therapies, self-healing techniques and handicraft skills. A regular income offers them economic independence.

The Nepali Yoga Woman project provides opportunities for local women to discover and develop ways to improve their socio-economic situation. These activities provide them with a step towards inner-transformation and self-confidence. Over time, the women become self-sufficient and less reliant on others. This allows the women to participate in family decisions and allocate money for personal needs and their children's education. In the future, it is hoped that these women will not only inspire other women to work for their independence, but will be in a position to train new participants in the project.

Dear all Nepali friends and family...
90% of the peoples are sleeping out side house, most of the park are full of people. Lot's of fear and still danger is not over. We do see in the news showing more from Kathmandu Vally. But not enough from remote... we also hear that their are many people in remote with out help....

I've been watching news on TV more about Kathmandu. I hear most of them are saying that government is not helping them. We know our government situation and some of them are doing what they can. But what I feel is, they've also family at home and still helping others by forgetting their own family and their life. Many of the people are staying at park or were ever is empty place. What I don't understand is, many of the people have to take also own responsibility at this time by helping them self and also other what they can and how they can. Every body is not poor, many rich people are also in park and they are blaming the government not giving food, tent or water. But some of them've also money to be able to buy own tent and food or water and also to support others who need it.
it didn't feel good to see the people on the news blaming the government when they can also help them selves. For the moment the whole country is in danger, means if we don't do what we can then their are many other people who don't have left any thing to support them self.
So please this is my humble request to all those who have money to be able to buy things for them self then better they do It.

Dear all other side of the world friends and family...
This time the whole world is thinking about Nepal. Many Countries are helping to Nepal and Nepalese. Beside this their are many people wanna help too. So with all my heart, requesting you all, if their is any body who wanna help at this time to those who ever have lost their family and home or even everything. please contact us...we'll send this help to those places by finding a way to reach your help in right places. Specially more in remote place...

living in the moment... many of the time it dose gives us clear future plan or true answers... but when we talk about this then others think you are making momentary decision and saying to us no don't do that... or its not true....because we had already plan before and stick in to the same one... I think this is happening because many of us making too many future plans by missing the moment.... we do need to learn that it's okay to go with the momentary change....
