Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh, Himalaya Eye Hospital conducted a school eye screening camp at Bhairab Kali Secondary School, Duipiple, Lamjung, organized by the Nepal Association for the Welfare of the Blind.

A total of 680 students, teachers, and parents were screened. Free medicines and 30 reading glasses for parents were provided. Among students, 22 were found to have refractive errors. 15 received free spectacles with support from Eye Care Foundation, and 7 were referred for cycloplegic refraction to the himalaya eye hospital

मिति २०८२ पौष १६ गतेः नेपाल नेत्र ज्योति संघ हिमालय आँखा अस्पतालद्वारा नेपाल नेत्र सहायक परीवार गण्डकी प्रदेशको आयोजनामा आमाघर पाठशाला पोखरा २२ तिलाहारका विद्यार्थीहरूका लागी निःशुल्क आँखा जाँच तथा चश्मा वितरण कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरीएको थियो । उक्त कार्यक्रममा 203 जना विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षकको आँखा जाँच गरीएकोमा ७ जना विद्यार्थी तथा ३ जना शिक्षकलाइ दृष्टीदोष फेला परेकोमा निःशुल्क चश्माको व्यवस्था गरीयो भने १ जना विद्यार्थीलाइ जन्मजात मोतिविन्दु फेलापरेकोले निःशुल्क उपचारकालागी हिमालय आँखा अस्पताल रिफर गरीयो साथै नेत्र सहायक परीवारद्वारा अन्य वद्यार्थीहरूका लागी निःशुल्क प्रोटेक्टीभ सनग्लास वितरण गरीएको थियो ।

On 28 December 2025, Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh, Himalaya Eye Hospital successfully conducted a Surgical Eye Camp. A total of 510 people received eye examinations, and 41 patients underwent cataract surgery free of cost.
The camp was locally supported by Walling Municipality and financially supported by Eye Care Foundation.

On 8 December 2025, Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh, Himalaya Eye Hospital conducted a Basic Eye Health Training for Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs), health workers, and women’s groups. The program was supported financially by Eye Care Foundation, with local coordination from Dhaulagiri Eye Hospital, Baglung, Galkot ECC, and Mahila Jagaran Samuha, Pandavkhani, Baglung. A total of 63 participants took part in the training, strengthening community-level capacity for early detection and referral of eye problems.

Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh Himalaya Eye Hospital conducted a Glaucoma Special Screening Camp at Tharpu. A total of 340 people were examined. Glaucoma was identified in 22 patients. 52 cataract patients needing surgery were referred to Himalaya Eye Hospital for free surgery. Free medicines were provided to 240 people with other eye conditions.
