Hey team 👋🏼
For those who are new here — I’m Reid, a Toronto-born chiro who somehow swapped snowstorms for the beaches of NZ… and I’ve never looked back.
I completed a four-year Honours degree in Kinesiology & Physical Education at Wilfrid Laurier University before moving across the world to study chiropractic at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.
That first degree is truly my difference-maker. It was four years immersed in biomechanics, detailed anatomy, physiology, ergonomics, and understanding how every part of the body is interconnected. It shaped how I assess, think, and care for people — not just chasing symptoms, but understanding how the whole system works together.
Originally from Toronto (yes, home of real hockey 😉), I bring a blend of Canadian niceness/apologising for no reason and Kiwi lifestyle to my practice.
I love working with kids, mums, and families — helping create clear, connected spines and nervous systems so the body can function at its best. To me, chiropractic isn’t just about pain relief; it’s about helping people move, adapt, and thrive.
Outside the clinic you’ll find me:
-In the sauna or the ocean
-Out in nature
-Walking my dog Moose (who you’ve all definitely heard about)
-Doing CrossFit
-Playing ice hockey (the proper kind and if Hawke's Bay had Ice 🤣)
-And occasionally delivering a perfectly inappropriately timed joke
I also love collaborating with other practitioners — massage therapists, physios, and anyone passionate about helping people feel and function better. Health works best as a team sport.
If you’re looking for someone who understands the mechanics of the body but also genuinely cares about the human in front of them — I’m your guy.
