Here’s my latest blog post on acupuncture for stress and anxiety. 🌿 Mental health is actually what got me into acupuncture in the first place. At a time when I thought I was losing it, acupuncture was what truly helped me find my way back. I had messed up my energy with the wrong yoga practices and pranayamas—maybe I'll write a blog post about that journey someday. It was wild.

I was deep in depression and anxiety—things got really bad. I tried everything and spent thousands trying to fix it. That’s when I met this incredible acupuncturist in London, and slowly but surely, acupuncture helped me get back to normal—and even better than before.

I’m excited to share my journey and will be adding more to this post over time. Keep an eye out for some helpful videos and breathing exercises I’ll be posting soon, especially for anyone struggling with stress and anxiety.
