Last week we attended 'Go for Gold!', a new Seniors Wellness Expo held at the Sunderland Lounge in Hobsonville, West Auckland. It was a fun and informative day focused on wellbeing for Seniors. Our Falls Prevention talk was part of the awesome line-up of mini-sessions on offer throughout the day.
