Believe it or not, there's more to chiropractic care than just fixing sore necks and backs (although with 5 years of specialized training we are great at sorting them out). The reason chiropractors focus on the spine is for 2 main reasons. 1) It's what holds us upright, and 2) It protects our nerve system, the system that's in charge of carrying the signals or messages from our brain to our body.

If your nerve system is under stress because of a misalignment in your spine, it's IMPOSSIBLE to function at 100%. At Balanced Spine Chiropractic, time is taken to give you a thorough examination of your spine and nerve system to help identify any areas that might be slowing you down. You will be given a thorough explanation of whether I (Dr Sara Luscombe) can help you and if so, how this will be done. That tight neck.
The constant headaches.
The stiffness you’ve learned to live with.

We’re quick to silence symptoms ... stretch it, rub it, ignore it, push through it.
But what if those signals are your body asking for attention, not suppression?

Pain is rarely random.
It’s often the final whisper after your body has been trying to get your attention for a while.
