Let’s talk. I’m here to listen. 💛
January can feel like a “new year… same pressure” moment.
And if you’re quietly feeling stuck, lost, or emotionally tired, it doesn’t mean you’re failing it usually means your nervous system and subconscious have been carrying too much for too long.
At Body Mind Care (Alexandra, Central Otago), my 1:1 hypnosis / hypno-coaching sessions help you gently shift what willpower can’t:
✨ self-doubt
✨ overthinking
✨ emotional overwhelm
✨ repeating patterns
✨ fear of change / fear of success
This isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about helping you feel safe enough to change — from the inside out.
If you’re in the final weeks of pregnancy and you feel the nerves rising… I created this self-hypnosis to help you soften back into trust.
The Gateway of Grace is a soothing guided journey for mothers preparing for birth emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
✨ Release fear + limiting beliefs
✨ Let go of ancestral imprints you don’t want to carry into birth
✨ Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm
✨ Deepen your bond with your baby’s wisdom
Listen often in quiet moments especially before sleep and let your system learn a new baseline: calm, presence, grace.
And if you’re ready for a deeper, personal journey, you can book a private session with me (online or in person). 💫

I DIDN’T CLOSE MY EYES.
I DIDN’T “GO UNDER”.
AND YET, I WAS IN TRANCE.
During my first Raynor massage training in Perth, my teacher was demonstrating hand work.
I volunteered because my right wrist was failing me.
Weak. Painful. Pins and needles. No grip strength.
He worked on one thumb only.
Slow. Deep. Intense.
The room was alive.
People chatting.
My teacher laughing and talking as he worked.
And still… my attention drifted somewhere else entirely.
I could hear the sounds around me,
but I wasn’t interested in them anymore.
My breathing changed on its own.
My body took the lead.
Without warning, I was back in a childhood scene, watching my stepfather yelling at my mother.
It wasn’t a memory I was thinking about.
It was an experience happening now.
The work on my thumb continued.
And suddenly, something broke open.
I stood up and screamed at him.
A raw, instinctive scream.
Not planned.
Not polite.
And strangely… exactly right.
That moment didn’t make me bitter.
It freed me.
Afterwards, my teacher kept working quietly for a few more minutes.
That night, I had an intense headache.
The next morning, my wrist was completely pain-free.
Strength restored.
No pins and needles. Nothing.
That day, I understood trance differently.
Trance isn’t sleep.
It isn’t being unconscious.
It’s being so deeply inside your own experience that the outside world fades into the background.
This is why bodywork and hypnosis speak the same language.
Both bypass the thinking mind.
Both allow the nervous system to complete what was never completed.
That experience changed my life.
It’s the moment I knew this work was not optional for me.
It was a calling.

MY BODY ONCE BELIEVED THAT IF I SPOKE, I WOULD DIE.
Not in a metaphorical way.
In a very real, physical way.
During a hypnosis training, I was guided to focus on a sensation in my throat.
What appeared was not just tension.
It felt alive. Intelligent. Ancient.
Its role was clear.
Protect me by keeping me silent.
Around me, the room was noisy. People laughing, talking, finishing their exercises.
But I was gone. Completely inside.
When others asked me questions, I answered.
Yet it did not feel like “me” answering.
Then came a moment of choice.
I realised I did not need this protection anymore.
The instant I let it go, my body began to buzz.
Not emotionally. Physically.
As if I had no edges anymore.
As if my body expanded far beyond itself.
Every cell vibrating at once.
That was the beginning of healing my voice.
Sometimes what stops us from speaking is not fear.
It is an old protection that once kept us alive.
And when the body understands that it is safe now
it knows exactly how to let go.

WHAT IF REPETITIVE TASKS WERE NEVER WHAT YOU WERE MEANT TO DO?
Many of us grew up watching our parents or grandparents do the same job,
day after day,
year after year.
It was repetitive.
Predictable.
Sometimes exhausting.
But it was “good work”.
Honest work.
Secure work.
So we learned: This is what adulthood looks like.
This is what responsibility looks like.
But what if that wasn’t the final version of human work?
What if it was simply the best option available at the time?
For most of history, repetitive tasks needed human bodies.
There was no alternative.
Now there is.
So maybe the real question isn’t,
“What will happen if machines do this work?”
But rather, “What becomes possible for humans when they don’t have to?”
What if your value was never in repeating the task…
but in what you could imagine, create, connect, or solve
once that task no longer needed you?
Maybe this change isn’t taking something away.
Maybe it’s revealing something we were never given space to explore.
If this question stirs something in you, it may be touching an old belief about effort, value, or responsibility.
Hypnotherapy offers a way to work with those beliefs beneath the surface, where lasting change happens.

FROM NO MONEY/COUGH SURFING TO BECOMING A LEGEND IN THE HYPNOSIS WORLD!
I still can’t believe I get to say this…
I interviewed the legendary Ines Simpson - the creator of the Simpson Protocol and hearing her share this part of her journey honestly gave me chills.
Ines speaks so openly about what it really looked like at the beginning:
“I just started out so wanting to help people… I was broke at that time… I was couch surfing… and that’s how I just grew from more and more and more.”
No glamour. No “overnight success.”
Just devotion to the work, deep integrity, and a mission to help people heal.
If you’re a hypnotherapist, coach, healer, or someone who’s been curious about Simpson Protocol, hypnosis, and working with the superconscious mind, this episode is for you.
🎬 Podcast Premiere: What Is Your Gift — Jan 26, 7pm NZT
Set a reminder and come meet the woman who has shaped so much of the work I do today.
This isn’t about forcing positivity or “being strong.”
It’s simply a gentle space to breathe, soften, and feel supported — emotionally, mentally, and in your body.
In this guided hypnosis, you’re invited to reconnect with your inner guidance and receive whatever you need most right now… as sensations, images, feelings, words, or a quiet inner knowing.
🎧 Listen somewhere you can fully rest (headphones if you can).
✨ And please remember: this is supportive self-care and not a replacement for medical or professional care.
And if you know someone who could really use this kind of support, please feel free to tag them or share this post gently 🤍

WHAT IF LOSING A JOB ISN’T FAILURE, BUT THE SYSTEM ADMITTING IT’S OUTDATED?
For decades, we were taught something very simple:
If you work hard enough,
if you show up every day,
if you stay loyal…
you’ll be safe.
Our parents believed it.
Our grandparents lived it.
Many of them worked 30 or 40 years in the same place.
The same role.
The same routine.
And they passed that belief on to us.
Because it worked then.
So it’s no surprise that, over time, our job became more than something we do.
It became our safety.
Our structure.
Our identity.
So when a job disappears, it doesn’t just feel like losing income.
It feels like losing who we are.
But what if the pain isn’t telling us we failed?
What if it’s telling us that the rules we were given no longer fit the world we’re living in?
What if losing a job isn’t a personal collapse…
but a collective turning point?
Moments like this often activate deep, unconscious beliefs about safety, worth, and identity.
Hypnotherapy can help gently uncover and release those old patterns, so change feels less frightening and more empowering.

If you’ve tried “relaxation massage” but your body still feels tight, sore, and stuck… this may be what you’ve been looking for.
Raynor Massage is deep, targeted bodywork that supports real release physically and emotionally.
It’s not about quick comfort. It’s about working with the places your body has been holding for a long time: chronic tension, stress patterns, old pain, and that heavy “locked up” feeling that keeps returning.
This is a powerful option for people who want:
✨ deep tissue tension release
✨ chronic pain support (back/neck/shoulders/hips)
✨ nervous system reset through breath + pressure
✨ a real shift not just a temporary “feel good”
When the body releases, it doesn’t always come with a story.
Sometimes it’s buzzing, shaking, tears, or a deep quiet shift because your system is finally safe enough to let go. 🤍

I come from France and have been living in NZ for more than 7 years now with my Kiwi husband. Three years ago has been a new shift in my life, I wanted to create a business to help people feeling better in their body and free them from tensions. I decided to go to Australia studying ‘Raynor massage’ (recognised in Australia, NZ, Canada, South Africa, USA and UK). Diploma in hand, I created my business Body Mind Care (BMC) the following month. Body Mind Care is the beginning of a new journey offering a unique style of Massage therapy in Alexandra.
The massage I offer is a mix of shiatsu, deep tissue, aromatherapy. One hour massage will help releasing everyday tensions but if you become a regular client, it can go deeper toward body healing. Our body is a memories storage. Sometimes memories can be traumatic and ‘encrypted’ in particular areas in your bodies and ‘block’ your energy flow. By releasing the tensions, you allow your body energy to flow and free yourself in the same process.
In May 2019 I graduated as a BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) hypnotherapist. It is part of quantum hypnosis and is very similar to QHHT hypnosis (created by Dolores Canon). A Quantum Hypnosis session is a form of hypnosis that will bring you to a very calm, relaxed minded state. Your brainwaves will oscillate between Alpha and Theta waves, depending on the level of relaxation you will experience. This state of mind will allow you to access direct answers from your Higher Self or Subconscious without your ego or mind interfering too much. Once you reach this state, you will be able to access some parts of the brain that are usually inaccessible, such as child memories, past lives and spiritual realms. It can be a very powerful healing technique on different levels; from the physical body to the emotional, mental, spiritual body. All the answers are unique to you and can provide a sense of relief, healing or understanding in your life. It might help you to trust more your inner wisdom and help you connect more deeply to your creativity and inner knowledge.
