WORKING FOR YOURSELF CAN BE SCARY 😬
Like me, if you're not a routine person, you probably enjoy the freedom of working for yourself.

Last Saturday’s program:
- Morning coffee
- Preparing the treatment room
- Hosting my podcast What Is Your Gift (guest Kylie Wild – episode coming up 13.03.26)
- 1 massage
- Gardening

When I started 9 years ago, I had a lot of fears.
Even though I still have some, I’m more aware of them now, and with self-hypnosis and meditation, they shift much faster.
The thing is
 it never really stops.

We all carry limiting beliefs. And each time you reach a new comfort zone, there can be an underlying program whispering:
“I don’t think I can grow more.”

Where does that come from?
What emotions do you feel in your body when that thought appears?

One thing is sure: when you run a business, small or big, it constantly invites you to work on yourself.

Why? Because you are always stepping into the unknown.
What I find powerful is that every entrepreneur is, in some way, a visionary.

By pushing boundaries, we shift the collective.
Every new service or product created contributes to something bigger.

Entrepreneurs reshape the future.

Imagine money wasn’t the deciding factor.
How many days per week would you choose to work? And how many hours?

I love conversations where two worlds meet. 💛

In this clip, I’m asking John Pellen about frequencies in music, and he explains it in such a grounded, musician’s way
the lingering sound, the space, the way it lands in the body.

John is a lifelong musician and composer (classical, jazz, blues, rock), a former award-winning bass player, and now he’s deeply focused on the therapeutic power of sound. He co-created Pellen & Palmer with Trish, including the portable RYSE (Record Your Session) system, and he composed Deep Drift for deep trance, sleep, and relaxation.

Episode title: From Rock Bands to Deep Trance: How John Turned Music into Healing

Thank you, Caroline đŸ€

Relaxation massage isn’t just about feeling good for an hour. It’s about giving your nervous system permission to exhale
softening the tight places you’ve been holding
and leaving feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease in your body.

If you’ve been running on stress, tension, or “busy brain” lately.. this is your sign to book yourself a reset.

Curious about it but not sure where to start?
Send me a quick DM and we’ll figure out what would support you best.

R. is reactive to dogs he doesn’t know. His early life began with trauma, and he is now slowly learning how to feel safe in this new chapter of his life.

Out of deep respect for both the owner and R., we have kept this session as confidential as possible.

During this first Pawsitive Change session, Ergie gently tuned into R.’s field to support him in releasing some of the fears he has been carrying. When an animal has experienced trauma, those memories can stay stored in the nervous system, influencing behaviour long after the original event has passed.

Like humans, animals have free will. A first session often begins a process rather than completes it. Integration can take time. With challenging behaviours, many layers are involved: the animal’s history, their readiness to shift, and even the emotional state of the owner. Animals are highly sensitive and can pick up on subtle tension or doubt. Sometimes several sessions are needed, just as with people.

We are not here to judge or blame anyone. Our intention is never to criticise an owner or label an animal. Our unique goal is to support both the animal and the owner in moving toward a more balanced relationship, built on trust, safety, and understanding.

Pawsitive Change is a complementary approach. It does not replace professional behavioural support. When behaviour presents a risk to people or to the animal, it is essential to consult qualified dog trainers, veterinarians, or other appropriate professionals. We believe in collaboration and in doing what is safest and most supportive for everyone involved.

Through this work, we simply offer another layer of support, gently helping to release emotional imprints that may be contributing to challenging behaviour.

If you feel your animal could benefit from this approach, you are welcome to contact us.

At the moment, sessions are offered on a koha (donation) basis.

What actually happens in a BQH session?

It begins with a conversation.
Your questions. Your patterns. The areas of life that feel ready for deeper understanding.

From there, the body softens. Attention turns inward. You remain aware, steady, present. The session unfolds at a natural pace, guided by your own subconscious and higher awareness.

Some people explore past lives.
Some experience symbolic journeys.
What matters most is the insight that rises from within you.

If you’ve been curious about this work, I’ve written a grounded explanation of the full process on my website.

You’re welcome to read through it in your own time.

Sometimes you don’t need deep trauma work.
You just need a reset.

Hypno-massage is a 1 hour 30 minute session combining relaxation massage with guided hypnosis.

While your body relaxes, your subconscious receives powerful suggestions designed to support small but meaningful changes in daily life.

You can choose 3 focus areas before your session, such as:

- Confidence and self-esteem
- Stress relief
- Sleep support
- Anxiety relief
- Healthy eating
- Sugar cravings
- Alcohol moderation
- Motivation
- Grieving support
- Financial worries
- Overthinking
- Relationship balance

This session is designed for the general public - a healthy boost for mind and body.

If you have experienced trauma, PTSD, or severe anxiety, a tailored hypno-coaching program would be more appropriate.

If you’re curious but unsure, message me and I’ll guide you.

I shared something a little personal in a video today.đŸ«Ł

We put an offer on what felt like our dream house.
And it didn’t work out.

Of course, there was disappointment. When you start picturing your life somewhere new, it already feels real.

But here’s the interesting part.

Within a few days, something shifted in me. A sense that something else is unfolding. Almost like a call that there is something beyond my current understanding. I don't know what it is, but I know it is there.

And that’s what I wanted to share.

Sometimes we are pushed into action not because the outcome will look the way we expect, but because the movement itself matters.

That offer activated something.

Now we are preparing our house to go on the market. We are stepping into the unknown.

You know that inner pull? The one that asks you to move before you have all the answers.

It’s uncomfortable. It stretches you. It asks you to release certainty.

Yet so many times in my life, when I followed that inner movement, it led to something I could never have planned.

If something hasn’t worked out for you lately, maybe it’s not the end of the story.

Maybe it’s positioning you for something you can’t see yet.
Trust the movement. Even when it feels uncertain.

My Story

I come from France and have been living in NZ for more than 7 years now with my Kiwi husband. Three years ago has been a new shift in my life, I wanted to create a business to help people feeling better in their body and free them from tensions. I decided to go to Australia studying ‘Raynor massage’ (recognised in Australia, NZ, Canada, South Africa, USA and UK). Diploma in hand, I created my business Body Mind Care (BMC) the following month. Body Mind Care is the beginning of a new journey offering a unique style of Massage therapy in Alexandra.

The massage I offer is a mix of shiatsu, deep tissue, aromatherapy. One hour massage will help releasing everyday tensions but if you become a regular client, it can go deeper toward body healing. Our body is a memories storage. Sometimes memories can be traumatic and ‘encrypted’ in particular areas in your bodies and ‘block’ your energy flow. By releasing the tensions, you allow your body energy to flow and free yourself in the same process.

In May 2019 I graduated as a BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) hypnotherapist. It is part of quantum hypnosis and is very similar to QHHT hypnosis (created by Dolores Canon). A Quantum Hypnosis session is a form of hypnosis that will bring you to a very calm, relaxed minded state. Your brainwaves will oscillate between Alpha and Theta waves, depending on the level of relaxation you will experience. This state of mind will allow you to access direct answers from your Higher Self or Subconscious without your ego or mind interfering too much. Once you reach this state, you will be able to access some parts of the brain that are usually inaccessible, such as child memories, past lives and spiritual realms. It can be a very powerful healing technique on different levels; from the physical body to the emotional, mental, spiritual body. All the answers are unique to you and can provide a sense of relief, healing or understanding in your life. It might help you to trust more your inner wisdom and help you connect more deeply to your creativity and inner knowledge.

Easy to book, either via Facebook (book me button) or by email (bodymindcarebox@gmail.com) or phone (027 322 6285). Don’t hesitate to message me if you need more information.
