Hello from Spectrum NZ
Research shows that 'Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency' can be the root-cause in many Chronic Illnesses such as Epilepsy, Fibromyalgia, MS, IBS, and for those who suffer with Migraines.
See more here on the research and findings of Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency.
How to upregulate your Endocannabinoid System to heal from Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency:
1: Full Spectrum Oil
Full Spectrum Oil is one of the most direct ways to support the endocannabinoid system.
The Full Spectrum (400+) cannabinoids, which are non-psychoactive phytochemicals derived from the h**p plant. Full Spectrum Oil has been very well-studied in the treatment of seizure disorders, and is known to have a balancing effect on the central nervous system, improving pain, sleep, & lowering stress and anxiety. A Chronic Dosage is required, see Dosage Guide here.
2: Probiotics:
Probiotics, namely Lactobacillus acidophilus, increases expression of cannabinoid receptors in the gut. Acidophilusโs effect on the endocannabinoid system and on opioid receptors led to a decrease in abdominal pain in people with irritable bowel syndrome.
3: Other plant medicines:
Even common kitchen spices can play a role in the ECS. Nutmeg supports the ECS by slowing down the rate at which endocannabinoids are broken down by the bodyโs enzymes. Black pepper also boosts natural endocannabinoids.
4: Omega-3 Fatty Acids:
Oils that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids like fish are well-known for their anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties. These fatty acids also serve as precursors to endocannabinoids, which our body readily converts to help our ECS.
5: Exercise:
Medium to high intensity exercise increases endocannabinoids and activates the cannabinoid receptors in your bodyโmaking you more responsive to the signals your body is making!
Other ways to support your body's Endocannabinoid System are: Dark chocolate, massages, yoga, stretching, walking, & acupuncture.
