Meditation, the quiet courage to continue...
I know I need to maintain this daily practice of self-care, to keep me focused and living on purpose.

March brings my brain some extra calm as we shift into autumn, my favourite time of year (not least because its my birth month :) )

I have been taking a little hiatus from teaching workshops to work on my own quiet focus on the home front. I've been waiting for my nervous system and intuition to let me know when I was ready to teach these extra things again, and well, it is now the season for sharing!

The quiet strength I have been building up through taking care of my energy is ready now to be shared to help you take care of yours.
