This workshop is about helping you take a break from the busy 'head office' of your brain and move into the healing, restoring, retreat centre of your body.

You'll be so glad you did.

'Somatic' is a term that refers to your body and in this workshop we focus on 'soothing' your body through Restorative Yoga and somatic soothing practices.

Expect to feel deeply restful in ways that your body may not normally reach amidst patterns of busy days and nights. We utilize weighted blanket and sensory soothing methods, including rhythmic breathwork, to bring you right here to the 'now' feeling calm.
