Wow, that year just flew by didn't it! Merry Christmas my wonderful yogis.

Last class for 2025 tonight and last class in the East Room too. We will still be at the MSA next year but as they have leased out the upstairs rooms we have been relocated downstairs to the Havelock Room (opposite the office).

So when we come back on 13 January next year, we will be in the Havelock Room.

Thank you for all your support, it gives me a wee thrill everytime I see you turn up for yourselves. Thanks for your patience and understanding as sometimes life got in the way! I hope you all take care of yourselves and allow yourself to enjoy all the good things that come with this season.

Christmas is sneaking up behind us! Just letting you all know our plans for the holiday break.

Our final class for 2025 will be Tuesday 16 December. Our first class for 2026 will be Tuesday 13 January. I have blocked out the classes in between. Ho ho ho! x

***CLASS CANCELLED***
Sorry my fabulous yogis but I've decided to cancel tonight's class. As some of you may know I'm the Boss of all Bosses in our family business Allens Ashburton. Our son is away on his honeymoon and I'm the back up driver. Seems like the busy season has hit already and I just can't guarantee I can make it to class tonight so have called it. So much for self care 🤣🤣 Promise I'll do some tomorrow.
