Season’s Greetings!

To let you all know our clinic hours - we will be open limited hours between Xmas and New Year (closed for the stats and Fridays of both weeks).

Audra will be back the week of the 6th January then on leave the week of the 13th. She will be back the week of the 20th however will be in and out as her brother is visiting from the USA 😊.

We will be open our usual clinic hours from January 27th.

Physiotherapy does not fall under the traffic light system.

Every client is able to access our service but they must respect our Covid infection control procedures/recommendations and the Health and Safety recommendations we have followed from the MOH to help limit the spread of Covid 19.

ALL clients must wear a mask entering/ exiting and for the entire time you are in the treatment room unless you are advised by your physiotherapist to remove it for treatment purposes.

Masks must cover your mouth and nose.

We are unable to see those without masks due to our clinic policy but we can offer telehealth as an alternative or recommend another provider.

DO NOT ATTEND your appointment if you have any cold symptoms, runny nose, cough, sore throat, altered taste and/or smell. You are welcome to cancel at short notice and there will be no charge.

We understand that these are difficult times if you have any questions please contact us to discuss them.

Yay! Welcome back under Delta level 2 regulations. We will start contacting current clients as of tomorrow and Wednesday to schedule you back into the clinic. Remember to sign in and wear your mask. We will update you with any further requirements as we are updated 😊

Due to tonight’s announcement regarding level 4 lockdown the clinic will be closed for the next 3 days. All booked appointments will be contacted and rescheduled. Stay safe and be kind to each other 😊
