🌹"Many people worldwide, including New Zealand, don’t get enough fibre in their diets. The recommended amount is around 25–30 grams per day.

Flax fibre is a great way to boost your fibre intake. It contains natural compounds called mucilage and lignans, which help feed the good bacteria in your gut. It's kind of like fertiliser for your digestive system.
