Struggling with Hay Fever? 🌼

If you’re one of the many people dealing with hay fever — sneezing fits, itchy eyes, blocked nose, congestion — you’ll know how exhausting it can be 🤧 But did you know that reflexology may offer natural relief? 👣

Reflexology works by stimulating specific reflex points on the feet, hands ears & face that correspond to different systems of the body — including the sinuses, lymphatic system, and respiratory tract.
By supporting these areas, reflexology can help:

✅ Ease sinus congestion
✅ Reduce inflammation
✅ Boost the immune system
✅ Promote relaxation (which helps reduce allergic reactions)

✨ If you're looking for a gentle, holistic approach to help ease your hay fever this season, why not give reflexology a try?

☀️ Reflexology for Recovery ☀️

Support your body's return to balance after colds, flu, and seasonal viruses.

While recovering from a winter illness, I’ve been reminded of how much strain being unwell can place on the body 🥴

Fatigue, congestion, poor sleep, and general sluggishness often linger — even after the worst of the symptoms have passed.

Reflexology is a gentle, therapeutic treatment that can help support your recovery during this post-illness phase 🤩

How does it work?

Reflexology involves applying precise pressure to reflex points on the feet, which correspond to organs and systems throughout the body. This stimulation encourages the body’s own healing processes by:

🌱 Supporting the immune and lymphatic systems – Encouraging effective detoxification and immune function

😊 Relieving congestion – Targeting respiratory reflexes to reduce sinus pressure and support clearer breathing

🧠 Regulating the nervous system – Promoting relaxation and reducing post-illness stress through activation of the parasympathetic response

💤 Improving rest and energy – Helping restore sleep patterns and reduce post-viral fatigue

Reflexology is non-invasive, deeply calming, and suitable for all stages of recovery. Whether you're bouncing back from a cold, flu, or other viral illness, it may help ease your symptoms and speed your return to wellness.

✨️ Clean Windows, Clear Energy ✨

Even though it’s not officially spring cleaning time just yet, I’ve been feeling the urge to clear things out lately — and what a difference clean windows make!

Have you ever noticed how refreshing it feels to look through freshly cleaned glass? Suddenly, the light pours in, the view opens up, and everything feels just a little brighter.

In spiritual terms, clean windows represent Clarity, Openness, and a Renewed Perspective. They reflect our inner state — when our mind is clear and our body is in balance, we’re better able to handle stress, focus, and feel well 💚

That’s where reflexology comes in 👣

Reflexology :
❤️ Stimulates nerves and blood flow
💆‍♀️ Helps to reduce tension
🩺 Improves circulation, and activates the body's natural healing response
It’s not magic — it’s the body responding to therapeutic touch through the nervous system.

Much like cleaning a window lets in more light, reflexology can help you feel more clear, focused, and energized — from the inside out 🌟

Come and feel the shift for yourself

🌼 International Self-Care Day 🌼

Self-care is something I talk about all the time—and if you’ve ever had a treatment with me, you’ll know I always remind you to drink plenty of water💧and rest afterwards 💤 It’s such a simple thing, but so easy to overlook.

The truth is, most of us are great at looking after others—but not so great at looking after ourselves. We push through, keep going, and often ignore the signs our body is trying to give us 🧘‍♀️.

As some of you will know, I’ve been fighting off a bug these past couple of weeks and unfortunately, I’m now on antibiotics 💊 and needing more rest and time off than I was hoping for. So, in honour of practicing what I preach, I will be taking the next couple of weeks off to rest, recover, and give myself that same care I encourage all of you to take 🧡

It’s always disappointing to have to cancel sessions—I truly love what I do 🙏👣—but I’ll be back soon, feeling much better and ready to support you again ❤️

Thank you for your understanding and continued support 🌸

Take care of yourself! today (and every day) 🧘‍♀️

🌟 Update 🌟

So happy to share that Anna was feeling much better in time for her birthday last week 🎉🎂 we had a relaxing day hanging out & a delicious afternoon tea at The Rabbit. Then she had a blast celebrating with friends earlier this week! 🥳

Now… it's my turn 🤒😫

This cough is particularly unpleasant! I’ll be taking it easy for the rest of the holidays. Rest, hydration, and of course — working those chest, lung & sinus reflex points on my hands! 🙌💆‍♀️

Grateful for my little healing helper, beautiful Daisy, keeping me company 🐾❤️

I’ll be back soon feeling refreshed — but in the meantime, if you’re curious about how Reflexology can support your immune system or help with respiratory symptoms, feel free to reach out. Always happy to share tips 💙

🦶 Reflexology and Cough Relief - A personal Note 🦶✨

I wanted to share a little bit of what's been happening with us—with permission from my daughter.

My daughters been dealing with that awful cough that’s been going around. It's been super nasty. She's always loved Reflexology so after a visit to the Dr last week to make sure it wasn't turning into something she needed medication for, I've been working on her feet to help her.

I've focused on:

👣 Lung reflexes – found on the balls of both feet, between the big & little toes

👃 Sinus points – along the pads of the toes

💨 Diaphragm – just under the ball of the feet

🧡 Solar plexus point – right in the centre of the foot, just below the ball — great for calming the nervous system

These areas relate directly to the respiratory system and working on them can help the body clear congestion, calm coughing fits, and support deeper breathing 💓

After a couple of sessions, she said she felt way better, could breathe easier, sleeping through the night again and today she's barely coughed at all 😍

Even after 20 years I still find it amazing how something so simple and easy and something we all have access to can make such a huge difference 💚

Sending healing thoughts to everyone out there dealing with this cough — may you find comfort, relief, and a bit of peace soon 💫

That each foot contains over 7,000 nerve endings, and during a reflexology session I work with many of them to help restore balance and promote healing throughout the body 🦶✨

Reflexology isn’t just relaxing—it also has real physiological effects. Each reflex point on the foot corresponds to a different organ or system in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these areas, reflexology supports the nervous system in rebalancing and restoring itself.

Research shows that the vagus nerve—the body’s main parasympathetic (rest and digest) nerve—is stimulated during treatment. This can help to:

💗 Slow the heart rate

🤩 Support digestion

😌 Promote deep relaxation and stress relief

Whether you're dealing with tension, fatigue, or just need time to unwind, reflexology offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with your body’s natural healing process
