🌼 International Self-Care Day 🌼
Self-care is something I talk about all the time—and if you’ve ever had a treatment with me, you’ll know I always remind you to drink plenty of water💧and rest afterwards 💤 It’s such a simple thing, but so easy to overlook.
The truth is, most of us are great at looking after others—but not so great at looking after ourselves. We push through, keep going, and often ignore the signs our body is trying to give us 🧘♀️.
As some of you will know, I’ve been fighting off a bug these past couple of weeks and unfortunately, I’m now on antibiotics 💊 and needing more rest and time off than I was hoping for. So, in honour of practicing what I preach, I will be taking the next couple of weeks off to rest, recover, and give myself that same care I encourage all of you to take 🧡
It’s always disappointing to have to cancel sessions—I truly love what I do 🙏👣—but I’ll be back soon, feeling much better and ready to support you again ❤️
