We are so lucky to serve such a great community and we are so grateful for all your trust and support.

💖We would also like to publicly thank our amazing team for this year in particular. 💖

Without such a dedicated staff Nicole would not have been able to take the time to rest and recover as well as she did, we really do appreciate everyone that came and stepped in and stepped up this year to help.

We are so excited to hit 2026 with all cylinders firing to serve all our wonderful practice members and keep growing and helping more people realise how amazing their bodies are and that their health is in their hands.
