Mental Health Awareness Experiment:
Try the following with real interest and enthusiasm 😉. Ready?

PAUSE, BREATH IN and OUT, Now read slowly:

Imagine you are holding an empty pump water bottle in your hand (can you see it?)

Now imagine you are spitting into the bottle (see tourself spitting into the bottle)

Keep on spitting...
Spitting some more...

We can see the saliva rising in your bottle.

Now swirl the spitting around (the yummy white goo in the bottle).

Now DRINK the spit.

Notice what your body is doing.... write in the comment section.

If you did this experiment with real interest, you would have noticed your body reacting as if you were really spitting and having to drink spit.

🤯Your MIND does not differentiate between Reality and Imagination🤯

The reason why dreams feel real, why we cry when we watch movies or feel an emotion when listening to something that is important to you. Your brain starts releasing adrenaline and cortisol (stress hormones which activates your inflammation response). Over time this can impact your body negatively (ask in the comment section if you want more details on this).
