Hi This is a courtesy notification to say I will be on a rare and much needed break as of Monday.....so please get your orders in by Saturday to guarantee a Monday pick up.

Any orders from Monday onwards will be send out when I return on Thursday 21 August.

Thank you all for your ongoing support.
Also a reminder to everyone to PLEASE order via the website. There are options for cash payments (use the 'pay manually' option), there are options for 'pick up' (you just need to go through the whole sales process and tick the pick up box at the very end)

I have really limited hours to get all the last minute orders out - so while I am super grateful for the support - getting orders on text / email / facebook / instagram is really slowing down my flow, in ensuring everyone gets taken care of before I leave.

Thanks for understanding - love to you all.

Horehound is best known as an herbal remedy for respiratory and digestive ailments. Its bitter compounds (especially marrubiin) give it both stimulating and expectorant properties.

Horehound supports the respiratory system by loosening and expelling mucus from the lungs and bronchi. It can be used in syrups or teas for coughs, bronchitis, asthma, and chest colds and can sooth sore throats.

As a digestive aid, Horehound is a bitter tonic that stimulates bile flow, improves digestion, and relieves bloating and gas. It has been traditionally used to treat indigestion, loss of appetite, and constipation.

Horehound has deep roots in folk magic and herbal witchcraft, especially in European traditions, where it is burned as an incense or carried in pouches for spiritual protection.

Associated with mental clarity, honest speech, and revealing truth—a trait mirrored in its clearing effect on the lungs, Horehound can be used to strengthen the voice—both literally (for the throat) and metaphorically (speaking one's truth). Used to clear stagnant or negative energies, especially around the heart and throat chakras.

Useful in spells or rituals for determination, overcoming sorrow, or surviving grief.

As a bitter herb, as a tea it is often combined with honey or mint.

As a tincture, can be used for digestive or respiratory use.

Incense or smoke bundles can be used for energetic clearing and protection.

Historically applied to wounds or infections as a poultice.

Introducing an Ayurvedic herb, Andrographis paniculata, commonly known as "king of bitters". It has a strong, bitter taste and is valued for its therapeutic properties.

Most of its medicinal effects come from its active compound, andrographolide, which has both anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties.

Andrographis supports wellness by stimulating the immune system to fight infections, with both anti viral and antibacterial properties. Useful to shorten the duration and severity of colds, upper respiratory infections and flu symptoms.

Andrographis is useful for inflammatory conditions such as arthritis or autoimmune issues, due to its ability to reduce inflammation markers (e.g., TNF-α, IL-6).

The liver protecting properties (Hepatoprotective) help detoxify the liver and regenerate liver cells, and it is used in traditional medicine to support recovery from jaundice and hepatitis, also stimulates bile flow and supports digestion.

Hi in antioxidants, Andrograhis neutralizes free radicals and oxidative stress, helping to reduce chronic disease risk associated with oxidative damage.

While andrographis is primarily known for its physical healing properties, some herbalists and energy healers ascribe subtle energetic or metaphysical qualities to it, particularly within Ayurvedic or folk medicine frameworks.

Seen as an herb of cleansing, both physically (liver, blood) and spiritually, this herb can be used in rituals or remedies for energetic "detox" and clearing stagnation.

Andrographis is associated with mental clarity, breaking through illusion or emotional fog, to support meditation or inner work where truth and insight are needed.

Symbolizing endurance and resistance to adversity—mirroring its immune-boosting and disease-fighting powers. Spiritually, it can be viewed as an ally during difficult transitions or healing crises.

Gymnema is a very interesting herb, because after drinking this tea, you will not be able to taste sugar!

Most famous for its anti-diabetic effects, Gymnema contains gymnemic acids which block sugar receptors on the tongue, reducing the taste of sweetness. In addition, it also stimulates insulin production and regenerates pancreatic beta cells, reduces sugar cravings and caloric intake due to its sweet-blocking effect. This helps to regulate the appetite and balance blood sugar swings that affect mood and energy.

Used in Ayurvedic and energetic healing, gymnema “removes the sweetness” of unhealthy desires, especially sugar and addiction.

It can be used in intention-setting rituals to break attachments, cut energetic cords, or end compulsive behaviors, it supports self-control, mental clarity, and intention—especially in the face of temptation, making it the ideal herb for rituals or meditations around self-mastery, especially with food, relationships, or substances.

In Ayurvedic energetics, gymnema is thought to help balance Kapha dosha and reduce the emotional desire for indulgence.

Spiritually, it can be used to bring harmony to excessive emotional or physical cravings.

Gymnema can be included in tea or incense for energetic purification, or meditated with to promote mental detachment and clear vision.

As a tea, while visualizing unhealthy cravings or patterns being neutralized.

For cord-cutting ceremony, use dried gymnema in incense or on an altar to symbolize the “cutting away” of attachments.

Combine with herbs like sage, mugwort, or bay for clarity, purification, and willpower.

Introducing Red Clover, a highly nutritious herb famous for its phytoestrogen content, making it useful in menopause for symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings.

The isoflavones support bone density in postmenopausal women, and Red Clover also helps with PMS and menstrual irregularities.

These hormone-like activities, have led to Red Clover being studied for breast, prostate, and endometrial cancer.

The antioxidants in Red Clover support heart health, improve circulation, reduce blood pressure, and lower LDL cholesterol.

Topically as well as internally, Red Clover is a wonderful skin herb, used to treat eczema, psoriasis and acne. Its anti-inflammatory and blood-purifying properties support skin healing.

In spiritual practice, Red clover is commonly used for protection, carried in a sachet or sprinkled around the home to ward off negative energy. It's associated with fortune in love and money, and can be used in ritual bathing to draw abundance or added to incense or herbal smoke blends during purification rituals.

Most importantly, Red Clover is a symbol of renewal and vitality, and can be used in teas or meditation rituals to support emotional healing and spiritual insight.

The tea can be made from dried flowers and leaves. 1–2 tsp steeped in hot water for 10–15 minutes, 1–3 cups per day

Tincture is a more concentrated form.

Balms can be made from cold pressing the dried or fresh plants

Steep red clover in water and add to ritual baths for cleansing or drawing love.

Burn dried red clover for spiritual purification.

This beautiful herb is Catnip. You may have heard of it as a treat for your four legged friends, however in addition to serving our cats, this herb also has a long history of use in herbal medicine and magical ceremony.

As a mild sedative and relaxant, Catnip is popular in folk medicine for the calming effects. Tea made from the leaves and flowers have been used to relieve insomnia, anxiety, and restlessness.

It can be used in poultices or infused oils for minor wounds, due to it's anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties and contains nepetalactone that has antimicrobial properties.

As well as the pharmacological properties, all herbs have magical properties to offer, but don't take my word for it.... talk to the herbs and see how they respond
