It is not often I get public thanks from my clients as the journey with Hypnotherapy is personal! There are some however that see the value in sharing their experience with others, to help inspire those to seek help when needed. 🫶 MY LIFESAVER 🫶

After a rather traumatic medical procedure last week, I was having awful flashbacks. Every time it entered my thoughts or I closed my eyes I could see and feel it happening over and over, as you can imagine this was terribly anxiety provoking and also led to many sleepless nights. So I decided to get onto it quickly before it became too ingrained.

I had a session with the most amazing hypnotherapist called Sheryl from Greenhill Hypnotherapy yesterday and she was incredible. I have to shout her out because last night I wasn't scared to close my eyes, and I slept the whole night without crazy dreams. I have woken up today fresh, motivated and without fear!

It is so common to hear about the Reg Flags in a relationship, that when I saw this "relationship green flags" posted on a wall, I felt compelled to take a picture.
The lesser known concept of a green flag. We often focus too much on the negative rather than the positives. Looking at the positive and negative, the red and green flags helps give a deeper understanding of your relationship and yourself. Depending on the person you may even find yourself settling if you only look at the red flags. Or the other side you may find yourself never committing if you have too many red flag/boundaries. Ultimately looking for green flags helps you appreciate your loved one or prompt you to reflect wether the relationship is right for you. That being said, you should still be mindful of the negatives in a relationship. No amount of green flags can make disrespect or abuse acceptable.
Remember, all relationships can affect our mental health, our self-worth, and our wellbeing. Every single relationship that we enter into, romantic or otherwise, should be healthy and mutually beneficial.💚 💚

EMBRACE documentary is finally on Netflixs. YAY! Many women (and I mean many).. feel an enduring dissatisfaction with their own bodies no matter what their size. There is some confronting images in this documentary but well worth the watch even if is to highlight the degree of your own negative body image. What words do you use to describe your body? Those words directly affect your self esteem and your mental health and those around you.

Believe in your own self worth. Don't allow the number on the scale to dictate your value.
