Hello

I have a few spots left for my 3pm and 4.30pm sound bath at Contemporary Yoga in Remuera.

If you haven’t been before or you’re curious,
We have all the bolsters mats and blankets supplied, I will do a guided mediation and then play for 45 minutes then another mediation.

This is a really good way to help relax the body and mind, there is no movement so it’s full relaxation.

$40 a session

I felt truly blessed to experience a private sound bath with Cheryl today. We explored what I needed from the session, how I was feeling and how I aspired to feel after. We delved into some card reading and then immersed ourselves in an exquisite sound bath.
Cheryl skillfully used a crystal tone tuning fork, played crystal tone bowls on my body and a deep sounding gong that she played over my body. It was my Christmas present to myself and I highly recommend Cheryl. She is a gifted and stunning soul and I feel grateful to call her my friend. Thank you. ###
