NEW Teens Class added for Term 2!

Due to the popularity of our Teens Pilates classes over the past few school terms, we are really excited to be adding a second class offering of Teen Pilates for Term 2!

👉 Tuesdays 5pm: Mat focused, Starts 21st April (NEW!)
👉 Thursdays 4.15pm: Reformer + Mat, Starts 23rd April

✔️ Minimum age: 13 years
✔️ Minimum height for Reformer: 5 feet (152 cm) (for the Thursday class only)
✔️ Special price just for Teens - for this 10 week course
✔️ No experience needed—just bring your energy and a willingness to move!

Designed to build strength, confidence, and body awareness during the years that matter most.

Ideal for anyone aged 13+ whether they’re involved in ballet, field sports/athletics, netball, and more, or simply looking to stay active and strong.

Today we say farewell to 💔 as she moves out of Auckland to be closer to whānau.

Esther has taught across all three of our studios for 3 years now. Many of you will be familiar with her gorgeous class style: calm and clear cueing, a familiar burn coupled with juicy stretching and mobility, individual client attention and correction. Esther's classes have been booked out for weeks ahead of time, with good reason.

Esther, thank you for your beautiful classes, your calming presence around the studio, regularly putting your hand up for cover, your clear communication, and your hilarious naivety about having no idea when there's a Hollywood actor in your class 😆

You will be very missed by both staff and clients. Arohanui Esther!
