Couples that Pilates together 😍 Clinical Pilates is available 1:1 or 2:1, basically like a PT session but at a Pilates studio! John and Kelly came in for a private Pilates class with one of our incredible physiotherapists, Rach. Clinical Pilates is great if you’re; new to Pilates, coming back from injury, have some specific goals, or just wanting an extra level of hands on attention!
