2024 kicked off with a blast for MSS, providing safety at the World Series hosted in Tamaki Makaurau.

Our team helped ensure that both the competitors, plunging from the 20m and 27m platforms respectively, and those watching the event made it home safe!

Great to see such a grand event go off without a hitch and our capabilities tested.

Wow!! 10 years!!

It was just over a week ago that the 10th Anniversary Yamaha NZ Festival of Freeride event came to a close. Despite Mother Nature throwing everything at us we celebrated in style.

The support and commitment to the event was once again outstanding - 60+ riders from around NZ, Auzzie and French Polynesia all there to stunt in the wild west coast surf. Freeride is certainly alive and well here in NZ.

On a personal note, it has been an absolute pleasure to put the event on for the last 10 years. Everyone that has entered over the years, whether it be for one event or all, has made it all worthwhile with their attitude and enjoyment.

The success of the event is always down to the commitment our fantastic sponsors. Yamaha Marine New Zealand for being title sponsors once again - just awesome to have had your support for this event once again. Having the Yamaha brand associated with the FOF for 10 years now is awesome!!

Our associate sponsors once again gave a huge amount to support to the event. Otago Personal Watercraft and Rynex Roofing - Thank you so much!! Your support goes so far in making things happen for the event and we can't tank you enough!!

Once again the team at Rogers Boatshop delivered what is a cornerstone of the FOF experience. Nigel and Reece once again put on a delicious spread to keep everyone going at the event. Cheers RBS!!

2023 Day of Giants at piha Beach. Always a fun event to be involved with and love every opportunity to do work in the surf.

While the surf is small and fun it is still dangerous and tragedy struck on this stretch of coast later in the day.
