Daffodil Day Jump for Cancer Postponed but NOT Cancelled 🙂
https://www.daffodilday.org.nz/gracela-gregorio

With New Zealand under lockdown last year, my fundraising efforts to raise funds for Cancer Research were put on hold.
I've just been informed by the organisers that the jump is going ahead as planned and is scheduled for May 14. With your help, this gives me more time to continue with my fundraising goals.

The photo in my Profile cover was taken during my first fundraising attempt and jump last year, taken at 20,000 feet. I loved it so much that I'm doing it again next month. Last year I raised $4,000 and was the top fundraiser. I'd love your help to surpass that amount by May 14.🙌💪😁

Go to the link to my donations page to register your donation 😁. Thank you for your generosity 😆

Cancer doesn't stop, so we won't either.

Success ... "But at what cost"? (G. Knipe)

One of the main things people forget to do while on the entrepreneurship journey is focus on their health. You’ll regret that later if you don’t focus on it now.

Thank you for this value.

Thank you for this value.

I love it when women come to my Masterclass on Menopause seminars and as they are leaving I hear them say, “wow, now I know why I’m feeling this way. It all makes so much sense.”

The first question women generally have is, “what is menopause?” and their second question is “what are the symptoms of menopause?” And that is what my Masterclass seminars set out to explain.

My fascination with the link between menopause and healthy ageing began when peri-menopause came raging along when I was 50. It took me by surprise. And when I heard from my PhD participants that they had similar issues, I realised that women in their 50's are forgotten when it comes to understanding what to do to turn around menopause symptoms, including weight gain without resorting to expensive, short-acting supplements and HRT.

So, as part of my women's healthy ageing studies I decided to look into it. And in the process I turned around my energy levels and my own health including losing the 15 kg that menopause had deposited on all those areas of my body that mattered to me – my bust, hips, diaphragm and stomach. All without the emphasis on vigorous exercise which I tried, but which made my symptoms worse.

I’m Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD), while I can’t travel to present my live Masterclasses, please do REGISTER for my online Masterclass on Menopause NOW. You won’t be disappointed.
