Our Story
Acacia Cove began in 1998 as a partnership between Prime Care and the Kimpton family. Acacia’s manager, Bruce Cullington, began in 2000, and in 2006, the Kimpton family took full ownership.
There is a real sense of family at Acacia Cove. Many residents know the Kimpton family well, and will often see them at celebration evenings in the village. The family is heavily involved, and loves to chat and get to know our residents.
Acacia Cove prides itself on being a vibrant village. There are many activities, functions, and local areas to walk in. The local golf is just across the road, and shops are a few minutes away. Residents enjoy an active lifestyle at Acacia Cove.
There is a strong sense of community, and Acacia often has local council and MPs come and have a talk to residents and allow any questions. Outside the village, residents may be involved in community projects, or political issues. Some have been able to submit issues around rates remissions, and storm water tariffs.
