Which menstrual cup fold is best for you?

There are two main folds that make inserting your cup easier:

C-Fold (U-Fold) – Flatten the cup and fold it in half to create a “C.” This fold is quick and simple, making it a go-to for beginners.

Punch-Down Fold – Push the rim down into the base to create a smaller, pointed tip. This fold is perfect if you prefer a narrower insertion point and want a more comfortable start.

Both folds open up inside the body to create a gentle seal. The right one for you depends on what feels most comfortable—many people try both before finding their favorite.
