First step into rehab and strength training is assessing what are the weak links. Then we work out what we need to focus on. It can be strength, mobility or stability. Usually, it’s all of them.
And this is when my clients say “Why do you always make me do the exercise I don’t like?” 😂😂
It’s not personal. It’s intentional. I intentionally select the exercises because you NEED them. It might be something you are not particularly good at doing them, that’s why you don’t like doing them - that’s why you are not good at them….yet!
