Join Our Team at Motion Health Albany!
We’re looking for a dedicated and organized part-time Receptionist/Administrator with outstanding multitasking and organisational skills.
In this role, you’ll be the face of our clinic, building strong relationships with clients and supporting our team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, podiatrists, acupuncturists, and Pilates instructors. You’ll also play a key role in establishing a positive team culture while delivering exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, friendly environment
• Managing the appointment schedules
• Liaising with clients, health professionals, and compensable bodies
• Invoicing and administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
• A confident, organised, and self-motivated individual
• Exceptional communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a team setting and can also work independently
• A person passionate about creating positive experiences for both clients and the team
Details:
• Hours: Monday to Friday (30 hours per week, exact times to be discussed)
• Location: Motion Health Albany (Apollo Health & Wellness center and Northcare Accident and medical)
