4. EASIER TO TRACK PROGRESS
As you journey through your training routine, it can become easier to miss a session here and there and forget to track your progress throughout the month or year of training.

Joining in a lifestyle change challenge will help provide the right structure to observe whether you are progressing with your training. There is a start and end date to any lifestyle challenge and along the way, you can always look back to the start date and see how far you have progressed.

This is a great tool for motivation and to provide hard evidence of the achievement of goals. Progress is what keeps us involved with exercise or eating healthy and without seeing progress it is hard to keep a good routine.

That is why, if you are struggling with progressing your training, joining a lifestyle change challenge will be a great step to regain control of your progression to achieving your goals.

3. MORE SUPPORT
By taking part in a lifestyle change challenge, you will be part of a group of people wanting to achieve similar goals and starting from the same place as you. This creates a team environment and allows for the participants and trainers to support you every step of the way.

It provides the opportunity to encourage others on their journey to achieving goals and hold each other accountable to get to the end of the challenge without giving up. Getting through workouts with similar people and finishing a challenge together is a great opportunity to make new friends and have people to train with that help motivate you even after the challenge is complete.

You will also feel more supported and guided by the trainers, as their passion is for you to achieve your goals or get as close to your goal as you can by the end of the challenge. This helps create a team environment that is safe, fun, and motivational to help you with your health journey.

2. ACHIEVE GOALS FASTER
Whatever we do there, is always an end goal that we are aiming to achieve. As humans we are goal-driven, whether it be making a healthy recipe or being able to fit into that summer dress, we tend to set ourselves goals to encourage motivation and productivity.

Taking part in a challenge will act as a channel to achieving those goals at a faster pace. There is normally a time frame set and steps in place to help you achieve that goal within the time frame or get as close to it as possible.

If your fitness goal was to lose 5kg in 3 months and you took part in an 8-week weight loss challenge, you might speed up the process of achieving that goal through an increased volume and frequency of training within that time.

1. INCREASE TRAINING
Being a part of a fitness challenge to improve your lifestyle will help add variety and volume to your current training regime. With any challenge comes structure and an increase in frequency, to help encourage you and push you toward achieving your goals faster.

By taking part in a fitness challenge, you will add more variation, such as cardiovascular and resistance sessions to your current training which will have a positive impact on the health and achievement of your goals.
