Another beautiful session with mums from all stages in their motherjood journey.
The compensations and images were powerful brought tears to my eyes and goosebumps to my arms!
One again I saw the power of process drama and how it can be used effectively to provide safe places to open up discussions.

This was only our second workshop but to see how we evolve and develop to support mums in their journey.

💖 They make the most delicious coffee, scones and muffins! You can even choose your own beans, roast and grind them to tale home!
🔥 Ken and Yuka are also passionate about learning/using Te Reo language in their service which is so awesome!

I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to these local businesses who have donated a self care item to our lovely deserving mums who are attending the workshop this weekend.

I'm really passionate about giving back to mums, helping them to feel loved, heard, supported and special. And being supported by others who feel the same just makes a huge difference 💖

Thanks again to these businesses for showing their support of our deserving mums 💖 I really appreciate it 😊
