Stop Snacking Group session in Kumeu available Sunday 20th of October at 4pm.

Just in time for summer…

“Stop Snacking” with Hypnosis (group session for 4) available now.

Hypnotherapist & Homeopath Stefanie has many years of hands on experience with clients.

She is also a certified “Virtual Gastric Band ” practitioner.

The venue is a beautiful and warm “Yoga” room in Kumeu (49 Main Road, upstairs).

Mats and blankets and parking are available.

The participants also receive a free, tried and tested homeopathic “Craving relief” remedy spray to ease emotional eating and a home support recording.

This will be a 90 minutes stand alone session.

We will be focusing on cutting out snacks and better eating habits including smaller portion sizes.

We work with the subconscious (autopilot) to increase success and achieving weight goals.

Participants also receive a free 15 minute home support recording.
All for $119 per person;-)
