For you: Often we just want to tell those that have passed “we love them”. They know this & its only ever a thought away. Butterflies, birds & dragonflies are often a sign they are around you. If you are made aware of a sign, pause for a moment & if it feels right say in your mind “I love you” thinking of the person or people/pets you miss who have passed. Reading from a lovely man in spirit: A lovely man connects with me in spirit this morning. He said “at last I'm home & I’m glad to be here”. He mentions the name Sam. He is coming through to give you hope. He loved plants, animals and worked amongst the trees. He was up early in the morning when the sun ☀️ rose. Always wearing his hat and would often have an afternoon nap. He would like to have a drink later in the day & sometimes a “night cap”. He is here with you now & is aware of the storms you have been through and the burdens you gave carried and he wants to lift that heaviness off you. He recommends you stay calm and spend some time outside even if you need to dress warmly or if somewhere hot where a hat (a hat uf cokd too). The earth he says will ground you as you are tired. The fresh air you need for your lungs, sun for vitamin D which is healing. Either you or someone close to you is considering letting go & maybe retiring or semi retiring.
