Sarah Keene, our on-site Nurse Consultant at The Botanic organised a visit from Aged Care Specialist Trish Glover from Dovida earlier this week. Expert visits and talks like this one are a great way for our community to keep up to speed with the very latest in research and tools available to ensure we can all age well and keep as active and independent as possible, for as long as possible. And the odd cupcake isn't so bad for us either 😉😋🧁

Even on a rainy day there's always something happening at The Botanic to keep you busy..! Today started with Armchair Yoga, followed by Ukulele Club this afternoon, with The Botanic Bridge players hot on their heels after that. Dance Fitness, Art Class, Tai Chi, Gardening Group, Strength & Agility Class, Mahjong, Swim Group, Chess, Indoor Bowls, Aquacise, 500 Players and a Men's Breakfast all feature on the calendar over the next few days - there's even an outing to IKEA in the Village Calendar! Live a life less ordinary 💯🌿
