This year I committed to not eating McDonald's and burger king, because they were always the "easiest" and convenient option when eating out. So far I've stuck to that commitment and honestly it's been so good! doing the inconvenient thing has been paying off.

so if you're struggling with something that is the result of convenience, do the inconvenient thing and ittl all be worth it!

The Power Of Collaboration!!

This year I mentioned one of my goals was to collaborate as much as I could, to learn off other creators, health professionals and as many people as possible. Today I had the privilege of meeting and treating the bro , as always hearing his story and connecting was the highlight.

We took this photo before he left, and after the 1st pic which I thought was fine, he realised I was blocking my business sign. Instead of just letting it slide he gave me the advice I needed to get a better shot. This made me realise that even the smallest things and simple advice can make all the difference. So remember collab with those who have or are already doing what you wish and hope to do because even the simplest advice can make all the difference.

Full video with the bro . What I enjoyed about the making of this video was what you didn't see on camera. The chats before hand, hearing the story behind the videos we see.

When it all comes down to it, we are all just trying to do and be our best. I felt inspired after our conversation and look forward to following his journey in the years to come.

If you havnt seen his videos go and follow him, some crack up as stuff! Collaboration wins every time and I'm grateful to have collabed with such a solid, down to earth brother.
