Welcome to Well Trained! With the New Year we welcome new faces alongside our amazing regular practitioners. Here are some good things to know:
β¨οΈ We enjoy a safe, positive, down to earth welcoming environment for like minded people to practice. Enjoy the journey, never competing with others, no ego.
β¨οΈ Please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes before class begins, so you allow for traffic, parking (free out front and on street), and to settle in without rushing. The door is locked when class begins
β¨οΈ We always encourage mindfulness. Listening to your own body, modifying/resting if you need - you know your body the best. You can apply this on and off the mat
β¨οΈ You cannot "out train" a bad diet, so as good as the heat is to help boost metabolism and shift excess weight, it is important to nourish your body with good food! Food is fuel. And drink lots of water, add some electrolytes, and hopefully make good choices across the board!
β¨οΈ Stay consistent, no one got flexible from one Yoga class. You may be sore after your first few classes but it gets better, you see and feel great results if you stick at it!
β¨οΈ Bookings must be made everytime on the Mindbody booking app, if you cant make your class please cancel with good time incase the class is full.
β¨οΈ All the classes are beneficial in different ways, they are all good for you so try to do a variety. Enjoy any new practice or challenge to improve resilience and learning. Any questions you have please contact Studio Owner Lou.
