New year, same pressure? Try gentle routines instead of all-or-nothing resolutions. Start small, anchor habits to what you already do, and grow from there.

Year’s end doesn’t have to mean harsh reflection or pressure ✨

For many people, the weeks after the holidays feel draining rather than refreshing.

We're exploring a gentler way to reflect, acknowledge what the year took from you, and set intentions that feel supportive, not demanding 🌱

Reflection doesn’t need to be heavy to be meaningful.

Roadside drug testing has officially begun in Wellington, with police reporting positive early feedback.

While the rollout is focused on road safety, questions remain for people using prescribed treatments, particularly around the lack of impairment-based testing.

Dr Waseem Alzaher has previously shared concerns that saliva testing detects presence rather than impairment, which may affect patients who are using their treatment responsibly under medical guidance.

We’ll continue sharing clear, factual updates as more information becomes available, and supporting patients to stay informed as the rollout continues.

Healthy routines don’t need to disappear during the holidays.
Simple habits, like short walks, steady meals, or a moment to breathe, can keep you grounded and energised.

The holidays don’t feel joyful for everyone, and that’s okay 🤍
Loneliness can feel heavier this time of year, even when everything looks festive.

🚗 THC Roadside Testing: What Medicinal Cannabis Patients Need to Know

New random roadside drug testing for THC is rolling out across New Zealand - are you prepared?

Starting in December 2025, saliva tests will be implemented, beginning in Wellington and expanding nationwide by mid-2026. Here’s what you need to know:

✔️ You may be tested for THC at random
✔️ A positive result means a 12-hour driving stand-down
✔️ Even with a prescription, you can’t drive for 12 hours if you test positive
✔️ Medical defences can only be applied after receiving an infringement notice

Dr Waseem from Cannabis Clinic explains what this means for you and how we can help in our three-part video guide 🎥
