So many of us hold onto things long after they’ve stopped serving us........ old stories, old identities, old fears, patterns, relationships, expectations, versions of ourselves we’ve already outgrown.

And yet….... the moment we choose to release them, even just a little, we create room for something extraordinary to enter.

There’s a powerful part of healing that often gets overlooked…......

That our bodies hold emotions.
Not just our minds.
