Most parents think teenage acne is “just hormones” or “it will go away on its own.”
But here’s what almost everyone misses:

Acne is the first sign that your teen’s gut, liver, and hormones are not coping with the sudden changes happening in their body.

You’ll notice it when:
• Skin suddenly gets oilier
• Breakouts flare before exams or stress
• Periods become irregular or painful
• Sugar cravings go up
• Sleep becomes irregular
• Mood feels “up and down”

This isn’t “normal teenage thing.”
This is your child’s internal health showing up on their skin.

What most parents don’t realise is that harsh creams, antibiotics, or steroid-based products can damage the skin barrier and make acne & health worse in the long run.

But here’s the good news:
When we support the gut, calm the liver, stabilise blood sugar, and balance hormones — the skin finally settles… and their confidence returns.

I see this every single week in clinic.
The moment we look deeper, healing becomes easier.

If your teen is struggling with acne, don’t wait for it to “settle.”
It can be healed naturally — with the right holistic approach.

🌿 Skin-Soothing Green Chutney (My Most Recommended Skin-Healing Recipe)

Light • Cooling • Anti-inflammatory • Gut-friendly

If there’s one recipe I’ve been recommending again and again to my clients with eczema, acne, redness, heat-based rashes, melasma, and inflammation, it’s this simple green chutney.

It looks humble… but it works beautifully because it cools the system from within, supports detox, and nourishes the gut — all essential for healthy skin.

And yes, it tastes amazing. 💚

Why This Chutney Helps Your Skin?

This chutney is packed with herbs that naturally reduce inflammation and internal “heat” — something I see in many skin conditions.

Here’s why it works: Coriander & mint cool the body

They calm heat, soothe inflammation, support digestion, and help clear toxins.

🍃 The Skin-Soothing Green Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

1 large bunch fresh coriander

1 small handful mint leaves

1 small green chilli (optional; skip for kids or sensitive digestion)

1 small clove garlic

½ inch ginger

Juice of ½ lemon

½–1 tsp cumin seeds (or cumin powder)

Salt to taste

2–3 tbsp water (add slowly as needed)

Instructions:

Wash all herbs thoroughly.

Add coriander, mint, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cumin and salt into a blender.

Add a splash of water and blend until smooth.

Adjust salt, lemon, or water to your liking.

Store in the fridge for 2–3 days in an airtight container.

🥗 How to Use It (Skin-Boosting Ways)

On whole-grain crackers

With sprouted moong (my favourite combo!)

As a dip with veggies

Mixed into yogurt

Spread inside wraps

On rice bowls or salads

This chutney can be enjoyed daily — it’s gentle, fresh, and supports healthy digestion, which directly improves your skin.

It's been more than 17yrs that I have been using Homeopathy as a primary mode of skin treatments at my clinic... it works at such a deep level where no other medicines can reach.

That is why we are able to see results in the most stubborn skin issues with in a few weeks... and my patients are astonished with the results and often say- Why didn't they try it earlier.

The real reason why Homeopathy works so well is because it doesn't work on surface levels symptoms- it works on the root cause. Homeopathy doesn't work against your body, rather it supports your body to create the miraculous healing.

For those who don't know about Homeopathy - It is a natural system of treatment where we use gentle, potentized remedies to activate your body’s own healing ability. It’s one of the most widely used natural systems worldwide because it’s safe, non-toxic, and works on the root cause — not by suppressing symptoms but by supporting the body to heal itself without causing any unwanted side effects.

so, if you're dealing with a skin or health issue and are finally looking for real healing without harming your health any further, book a consultation so we can provide you with the best & holistic care.

Most people think allergies are all about pollen, dust, or pets…
but what you eat can calm your immune system — or overwhelm it.

Here’s the surprising part 👇

🍃 The Best Food for Allergies: KIWI
Kiwi acts like a natural antihistamine.
It’s packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants that lower inflammation and help reduce sneezing, itching, sinus congestion and even skin flare-ups.
One kiwi a day can genuinely make a difference.

❌ The Worst Food for Allergies: SUGAR
Most people don’t realise this…
but sugar is one of the biggest triggers for allergies.
It increases inflammation, weakens your immune balance, disrupts the gut, and makes your body more reactive to harmless things — like pollen or foods.

Some people can cuddle a cat or walk through a garden without any issues. Others start sneezing, itching, or reacting within seconds... Why?

An allergy is simply your immune system overreacting to something harmless — like pollen, dust mites, pet dander, or certain foods. When this happens, your body releases histamines, leading to symptoms like sneezing, rashes, swelling, or in severe cases, anaphylaxis.

But allergies don’t just appear overnight.

They develop when the immune system becomes overloaded or imbalanced due to factors like:

Chronic inflammation

Stress

Gut imbalance

Nutrient deficiencies

Hormonal changes

Your immune system is trying to protect you — just in the wrong way.

The hopeful part? Allergies can improve naturally!

Antihistamines and steroids may help short-term, but long-term healing comes from supporting the immune system holistically.

At my clinic, I use homeopathy, herbs, gut and hormone balancing, personalised diets, and lifestyle upgrades to help the body respond appropriately instead of overreacting.

If you’d like to read more, I’ve created a short Natural Allergy Support Guide with simple steps to calm your immune system naturally.

What is inflammation?
Inflammation is your body’s way of responding to harm — like when you get a cut or irritation. But when inflammation lasts too long/becomes chronic, it can make your skin red, itchy, or irritated, and affect your energy and overall health.

Here are 3 simple ways to calm it naturally:

1. Eat Anti-Inflammatory Foods:
Certain foods help calm your body naturally, including:
Fruits & veggies: berries, leafy greens, broccoli, bell peppers
Healthy fats: nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil
Legumes & whole grains: lentils, chickpeas, quinoa, oats
Spices & herbs: turmeric, ginger, cinnamon
These foods help reduce irritation in your skin and body, keeping you feeling calmer.

2. Support Your Body Holistically:
Gentle, natural therapies can support your health holistically:
Herbs & homeopathy for skin and overall wellness by working on your inner tendencies!
Lifestyle improvements: small daily changes including your lifestyle, diet, mindset.
Mindfulness & relaxation: meditation, deep breathing, soothing walks
Even small habits done consistently can calm inflammation.

3. Reduce Stress Daily
Stress keeps inflammation high. You don’t need complicated routines — just simple daily habits:
Take a few deep breaths or practice short meditation sessions
Enjoy hobbies that make you happy :)
Take “me-time” to relax and recharge
When stress goes down, your body calms down — and your skin feels it too.

Small daily changes = calmer skin, more energy, healthier you.

If your skin is inflamed… this little snack can actually calm it down. 💚

I’ve been recommending this a lot lately to my patients — it’s light, cooling, and packed with nutrients that your skin loves.
And the best part? It tastes amazing.

What you see here is a simple cracker topped with fresh green chutney + sprouted moong.
That’s it. But it works beautifully for skin.

✨ Why it helps:
• Sprouted moong is gentle on the gut and supports detox — perfect for eczema, acne, and redness.
• Fresh herbs in the chutney (coriander/mint) reduce internal heat and inflammation.
• It’s protein-rich, mineral-rich, and super easy to digest.

This is the kind of food that supports real healing… from the inside out.

If you want the exact recipe for my skin-soothing chutney + how to sprout moong the right way, tell me YES and I’ll share it. 🤍

If you have dark patches on your skin that don’t go away with creams, peels, or scrubs, it may be due to hormones.

Here are the 4 hormones that can cause Melasma:

1️⃣ Estrogen— Estrogen Levels drop during perimenopause and after childbirth. This can lower collagen production and affect how your skin controls pigmentation.

2️⃣ Progesteron — This hormone can rise during pregnancy or when taking birth control pills, often making melasma worse. Taking hormonal pills can sometimes lead to increased melasma because they may cause more fluctuations in hormone levels.

3️⃣ Cortisol (Stress Hormone) — High levels of cortisol from stress can cause inflammation and increase pigmentation on your skin.

4️⃣ Thyroid Hormones — An imbalance in thyroid hormones can lead to darkening of the skin and melasma patches.

✨ Why creams do not Heal?
Melasma often occurs in deeper skin layers. Unless you address hormonal imbalances, the dark patches may keep coming back.

💛 How we can help:
At Natural Skin Clinic & Wellness Homeopathy, we offer a 7-step skin wellness program. This includes homeopathy, herbs, nutrition, guided detox and lifestyle upgrades to help balance hormones and support holistic skin healing.

🌿 Treating Melasma on the Neck — Naturally!

One of my lovely patient came to me feeling embarrassed about the dark pigmentation on her neck. It's essential to understand that melasma doesn’t just affect the cheeks—it can appear on the neck, forehead, and various other parts of the face and body.

She had tried many exfoliating products and whitening creams, but nothing delivered lasting results. Initially, she believed it was simply sun tanning, but we were quickly able to evaluate that: it was Melasma, a condition triggered by hormonal changes and internal imbalances.

💡 Let's Understand the difference between Melasma & Sun Tanning:
– ☀️ Sun tanning fades with rest and proper sunscreen usage.
– 🌙 Melasma is deeper and stems from hormonal shifts, thyroid or liver stress, and can be aggravated by sunlight. That’s why surface creams will never truly resolve it.

At Natural Skin Clinic & Wellness Homeopathy, we don’t just mask the issue; we address the root cause. Through the power of homeopathy, herbs, nutrition, and detox support, we empower your body to restore balance naturally.

And the results? ✨
The dark pigmentation on her neck has faded remarkably. No harsh peels or steroids—just consistent, natural healing from within... this pic is after 2 months, we are not seeing further improvement in her skin.
