Rylee (Grandson) and Noah (grandson from extended family aka Rylee's brother) dedicated their in school competition final to Nana Nia💖 They played with all their heart and spirit to succeed for love of her 💪🏾 The team came away with the win against their opponents who until tonight were undefeated 🏀🏆 the boys are overjoyed and filled with love for their nana💞💞

Managed to get a few shots of the many friends, colleagues and family members that visited the family home to pay their respects to a much loved and respected woman.

Today, Nia was laid to rest at the Waikumete Cemetery Lawn. The burial ceremony was officiated by Reverend Moega Lasei and attended by a large number of family and friends.

Tuioti and his children/grandchildren farewelled their beloved Nia today. Although she is no longer present in this world, she is resting peacefully in her Master's everlasting arms - a place where we all long to be.

On behalf of the Anisi and Hunt families, we wish to thank everyone who attended Senia's family service tonight - both in person and online via the livestreams. We are truly humbled and touched by your love, kindness and thoughtfulness. Fa'afetai, fa'afetai lava.

A reminder that Senia's funeral service will be commencing tomorrow at 10.30am. It will be held at the same venue and livestreamed as well. In terms of parking, due to limited space, we advise that you try and get in early, otherwise, look for a park on Roberts Road or Te Atatu Road.

We invite you to join us again for Senia's final service. Livestream broadcasting will commence at 10.15am.

Senia is the 6th of nine (9) children of the late John and Josephine Hunt of Vaitoloa, Apia. She is survived by all her siblings.

In order from eldest to the youngest they are:
Cecilia (NZ), Frank (NZ), Matalena (NZ), Dick aka Tiki (Samoa), Otto (Samoa), Senia, Theresa (Pago), John (Samoa) and Michael (Samoa).

Photos below were taken while their lovely mother Josephine was still alive. She passed away in April 2019.

Our beautiful Gia is survived by her beloved husband Tuioti Joshua Anisi, four (4) lovely daughters and handsome sons-in-law and six (6) gorgeous grandchildren.

Daughters, husbands and children are:
Theresa and David - Rylee
Stella and Fesu - Karina, Paige and Nevaeh
Amelia and Sidney - Neriyah
Lisa and Nathaniel - late Kristiella (reunited in heaven with Nana Gia)
