After a two-week dopamine fast, it feels a little weird (and honestly a bit scary) to be back on here. I have enjoyed being fully present with loved ones and losing time and energy to social media.
This week I’m easing back into work, teaching in-studio classes at and , alongside my one-to-one sessions.
