Initially, intense alignment cues and fixed sequences felt comforting for me.
They gave my anxious brain something to hold onto.
A sense that I was doing it “right.”
That there was a correct shape. A correct way.
But over time, I realised something.
There was no space for inquiry.
No room to feel.
No invitation to sense what was true in my body.
Instead, it quietly reinforced rigid patterns.
That my way was wrong.
That I was wrong.
And bodies are far too intelligent for that.
Through years of study, learning and unlearning i discovered that no single model or theory is complete enough to explain the miracle that we are.
From that process, I created Embodied Intelligence Functional Anatomy.
A distillation of years and hundreds of hours of study.
Blending anatomy, somatics, pain science and lived experience.
This training will teach you to:
• Think critically
• Feel anatomy, not just memorise it
• Understand movement through real bodies, not rigid templates
• Teach with nuance, confidence and curiosity
Because anatomy isn’t a set of rules.
It’s a living, breathing conversation.
March 26–29.
If you’re ready to move beyond formulas and into embodied understanding, I’d love to have you join us.
