I discovered Natural Medicine in my early twenties to recover and heal from Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, which had developed after catching the glandular fever virus. I am so passionate about Natural Medicine and its many modalities and have successfully used it to treat my own hormone imbalances and infertility. I now have 4 extremely healthy and happy children that have been bought up with Natural Medicine as the first port of call for any ailment or injury. My aim as a Naturopath is to empower and help people understand their amazing bodies and its innate healing abilities. I do this by taking an individualised and holistic approach with my clients as I support them to restore and optimise their health and well-being. This may be through Massage and the Holistic Body Therapies that I offer, through a comprehensive, tailored-to-you Naturopathic Plan, or a combination of both. Natural Medicine is an ever-changing field, so I believe it is important to stay up-to-date with all the latest research and discoveries. I therefore, regularly invest time and money into courses and seminars so I am able to provide the best possible information and recommendations to my clients.
