Dhanurasana — or Bow Pose — in full swing today. This backbend works the whole front of the body, opening the chest, stretching the shoulders and giving the spine a nice energising lift. A great antidote to all that time we spend sitting and hunching forward.
And as you can see, smiles are part of our Gentle Yoga practice :-) Well done, everyone!
