How Fast Do Rats Multiply?

Rats continue to suprise me every year. With the cooler mornings this week & so much food in the garden, I've increased my home baiting to weekly, I call it my early Autumn knock out! Yesterday, I witnessed a half dead one fall from above my outdoor patio area onto the deck infront of me in broad daylight. He/she had been enjoying their last meal, my grapes growing on the pagoda above.

Rats are nocturnal, if you happen to see one during the day, it's most probably eaten some bait and on it's last walk.

A dead rat is always my favorite kind 👌
