In 2025, there’s a very strong and empowering direction towards natural facial expression, self-acceptance and honesty with ourselves.
And I’m genuinely happy to see this unfolding.
Kate Winslet has been speaking about this for years, and her recent interview with The Times was another clear and powerful statement on the topic.
What’s interesting to observe - from real life, not from headlines - is that men are actually not that invested in “perfect”, frozen or fake faces.
There’s no real demand for it.
Yet, for some reason, women keep being convinced that they need it.
Quick fixes, aggressive interventions and the constant urge to “correct” the face don’t just change how we look. They affect the nervous system, lymphatic and circulatory flow, tissue quality and very often our mental state too.
In reality, they tend to accelerate ageing, not slow it down.
At the core of most fear around facial changes is something very simple: we don’t understand how our own body works.
And from that lack of understanding comes noise, disconnection, tension - and anxiety.
Honestly, if ageing wasn’t shouted about from every possible direction, most people wouldn’t even experience half of that anxiety.
But when it’s constantly amplified, someone clearly benefits from it.
In Face Up , whether I work with professionals or with women inside the Face Up Club, the main focus is always the same - connection. Connection to your body.
To how the face and body work together as one system. To health, mobility, circulation and regulation.
And the shift that happens from that place - the lightness, glow, mobility, and ease in both face and body is next level.
At that point, people genuinely forget how old they are. This is what real self-love looks like.
As I’ve said before, this direction will only continue to grow in the coming year — and that’s a very good thing.
I wish you a year where you truly support yourself with love.
And I’m always happy to see you inside the Face Up Club or in my professional trainings - and I deeply love reading your transformation stories.
