I had stopped wearing my previous hearing aids being very frustrated with the service from another provider.

I had been told I had lost all hearing in one ear. You were able to establish that this was not correct and fit me with aids for both ears giving me so much better hearing and being able to interact with others more. “I couldn't believe the difference that my new hearing aids made. It made my old ones seem like they were on mute the whole entire time. The clarity and volume, not to mention new sounds I could actually hear, was out of this world. I'm never looking back after getting these hearing aids! I made the right choice.

I can never fault the service in the years that I have been seen by Kinau. A total professional at all times. Caring, understanding and she actually listens to what you are saying. Always goes that extra mile for you, making sure you are totally happy once you leave.

“Some time ago I realized that my hearing was getting worse, so I decided to go on the internet and find the cheapest hearing aid. Absolutely the wrong move. I did purchase one and have had plenty of issues with it but have been unable to contact anyone for help and was just about ready to give up. Then I found Kinau at Hearing by Design. After making my first appointment and spending time with Kinau, I found her to be extremely professional and so easy to talk to about my concerns regarding hearing aids. I purchased my hearing aids from her and if I do have any concerns, Kinau is only just a phone call away and so helpful in putting my mind at ease. I wish that I had found Kinau earlier.
