Breathwork Fundamentals is our foundational breathwork course. At SOMM, we bring breathwork back into a relationship with awareness, nervous system regulation, and meditation. We are not interested in breathwork purely for intensity or peak experience. Instead, we focus on understanding what is happening in your system, choosing practices intentionally, and building capacity over time.
Your facilitator is Amanda Wright, a Breathwork Coach, Qi Gong teacher, and facilitator, and the founder of Breathe Wright — a global wellness platform dedicated to nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and holistic wellbeing.
