Hello Beautiful people 🌸💮
I hope that you are keeping very well.

I have been slightly quiet on my page lately,
I wanted to share with you my recent trip to Uluṟu, Australia- the Solar Plexus Chakra of the Earth🧡🌎. A Cultural Landscape where Earth, Memories, Energy & Healing become one 🙏.

We came together for a women's Soul Retreat.
We visited Uluṟu (the Divine Feminine) and Kata Tjuṯa (the Divine Masculine). ✨️

Both landscapes are beautiful and powerful living places, nestled within a warm red sand desert. Together we journeyed with friendship, connection, laughter and tears. Remembering and connecting to our soul purpose.

It was a beautiful experience enhanced by the culture and colours of the land. The colours of the sunrise and sunset were spectacular. 🌅

Now I am back in the land of Aotearoa, flowing with the warm energy of Uluṟu. I look forward to seeing some of you soon when I re-commence my healing clinic and circles 🙏✨️

💞💞💞 Sometimes, we as humans, can easily get extremely busy with the hustle & bustle of life and forget to take time-out for ourselves (myself included).

💞💞Sometimes, we forget to consciously do more of what brings us happiness & do more of what fills our own cup.

💞 Sometimes, we just need to take time-out & do more for OURSELVES.

Traditionally when alot of people around the world 🌎 send love & gifts to their nearest & dearest loved ones. Spreading the love 🥰

Many of us may be feeling happy, loved & romantic today...🥰
Many of us may feel emptiness & sadness today...😪
Many of us may be feeling broken and lost today...💔
Many of us may see today as like any other day and choose not to celebrate...🤷‍♀️

💞...And whichever way you choose to spend today is totally OK. There is no right or wrong way on how you spend your day. You do you.

Remember happiness and love starts with you & only you.
LOVE YOURself ❤️❤️❤️

✨️✨️Do something nice for yourself this weekend or set a date in your calendar over the next month to "love myself ✨️✨️
Take yourself on a date, buy yourself some flowers or a treat. Set your alarm 30 mins late in the morning. Have that extra piece of chocolate. Take that relaxing massage. Get outdoors in nature listen to the wind on the trees, watch the clouds in the sky.
