Good skin is rarely the result of one treatment.

It comes from structure. A considered plan. The right treatments at the right time, supported by consistent home care and professional guidance.

When we take a strategic approach, we are not chasing trends or quick fixes. We are strengthening the skin barrier, supporting collagen, managing pigmentation, and building resilience over time.

Results follow structure because structure creates momentum.

If you are ready for a more intentional approach to your skin, book your complimentary consultation. Our registered nurses will create a plan tailored specifically to you🖤

Another amazing client result! Three sessions in, and density is already building🖤

Increased coverage can be seen across the top of the scalp and through the crown, with stronger, healthier growth developing in the treated areas.

PRP uses your own platelet rich plasma, concentrated growth factors drawn from your blood, to stimulate hair follicles and support their return to the active growth phase. It enhances circulation, cellular signalling, and overall scalp health.

Hair restoration is progressive, and improvement continues as the hair cycle responds over the coming months.

If you are noticing thinning through the crown or top of the scalp, early intervention makes a meaningful difference.

Book a consultation and let us assess whether PRP is the right approach for you.

Skincare does not have to stay the same all year round.

We can cycle certain ingredients depending on the season, and retinol is a good example. For those with sensitive skin or who are more reactive to sun exposure, autumn and winter can be the ideal time to introduce vitamin A.

UV levels are lower, we are generally spending less time in direct sun, and it gives the skin space to gradually build tolerance. That does not replace sunscreen, but it can make the adjustment period more comfortable.

For beginners or more reactive skin types, we often recommend O Biotics Retionic Oil. It is designed as a gentler introduction to vitamin A, supporting renewal and collagen stimulation while being more considerate of the skin barrier.

You do not have to avoid retinol completely if you are sensitive. Sometimes it is about choosing the right formula and the right timing.

If you are unsure how to cycle your skincare seasonally, we can guide you through it🖤

Two sessions of PRP (Best) and already an incredible improvement in density through the crown!

PRP works by using your own platelet rich plasma, concentrated growth factors drawn from your blood, to stimulate the hair follicles and support them back into the active growth phase. It enhances blood supply, cellular signalling, and overall scalp health.

This client is still mid treatment, with more sessions to come, so we expect continued improvement as the hair cycle progresses.

Hair restoration is a process, and results build over time. This is just the beginning🖤

Shedding after PRP is something many clients ask me about.

It can feel unsettling, especially when you are already worried about thinning. In many cases, it is part of the process. As the follicles respond to stimulation, weaker hairs may shed before stronger growth returns.

Hair restoration works with your natural growth cycle, and that takes time. My job is to guide you through each stage so you understand what is happening and what to expect.

If you ever feel unsure during your treatment journey, please ask. I am always happy to talk it through. Jay 🖤

HIFU stimulates collagen deep within the skin, but what you do after treatment plays a big role in how long your results last.

Supporting lymphatic drainage helps reduce fluid retention and maintain definition. Gentle facial massage or gua sha can assist circulation and contour. Being mindful of salt and alcohol can also help prevent puffiness that softens lift.

Most importantly, protect your collagen. Daily sunscreen and collagen supporting skincare help preserve the structural changes HIFU creates.

And remember, maintenance matters. A structured plan every 12 to 18 months helps build on your results rather than starting again.

If you are unsure what that looks like for you, just ask us at your next visit and we can talk it through together. Jay 🖤

This is one of our best sellers, and often one of the first to sell out.

Immortal Cream is built around V8 Peptide Complex®, which works at a cellular level to support collagen and elastin production.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids. In the skin, they act as messengers. They signal fibroblast cells to continue producing the structural proteins that keep skin firm, supported, and resilient. As we age, that signalling slows down. Peptides help encourage the skin to maintain that function.

When formulated at effective concentrations, as they are in medical grade skincare, peptides can influence real structural change rather than just surface hydration.

This is why peptide based formulations are a cornerstone in many professional routines. Jay 🖤

I say this to my clients all the time.

Your skin is not something you only think about when there is a breakout or a flare up. It is something you look after consistently, the same way you would your health.

The best results I see are never from one treatment. They come from having a plan, staying consistent, and adjusting as your skin changes.

There is no rush and no quick fix. Just the right treatment at the right time, supported by good home care.

If you have been feeling unsure about where to start, or what your skin actually needs, let’s talk it through properly. Jay 🖤

Pigmentation is one of the most misunderstood skin concerns we treat.

Not all dark spots are the same, and not all treatments work the same way. Melasma, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and sun damage each behave differently at a cellular level, which means they require different strategies.

One of the biggest mistakes we see is over treating. Stronger does not always mean better. Aggressive products can increase inflammation, and inflammation can stimulate more melanin production.

Consistency, barrier support, and daily sunscreen are non negotiable when managing pigmentation. UV exposure stimulates melanin, even on cloudy days, which is why protection is just as important as correction.

Pigmentation can be improved with the right plan, but it requires patience and the right combination of in clinic treatment and home care.

If you are unsure what type of pigmentation you have, start with a professional assessment before layering products.

Save this for later, and share it with someone who needs to see it.

Jay 🖤

Niacinamide is often called a holy grail ingredient in clinical skincare, and for good reason.

Also known as Vitamin B3, it works at a cellular level to strengthen the skin barrier by supporting ceramide production. A stronger barrier means better hydration, less sensitivity, and improved resilience.

It also helps regulate oil production, calm inflammation, and reduce redness, making it ideal for acne prone and rosacea prone skin.

For pigmentation, niacinamide helps reduce the transfer of melanin within the skin, improving overall tone and brightness over time.

Because it supports several key functions in the skin at once, niacinamide is one of the most versatile and reliable ingredients we use in clinic.

If you are unsure whether niacinamide belongs in your routine, we are always happy to guide you🖤
