Today, our team had the privilege of celebrating a truly special milestone, our remarkable patient, Mr. Thomas Doo, turning 100 years old! 🎉

Our GP team at Meadowbank Medical Centre swapped stethoscopes for chef hats this weekend at Social Cooking.

In a high-energy “recipe challenge,” three mixed teams—doctors, nurses, and receptionists—raced against the clock to recreate a culinary masterpiece.

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team — Dr David Henry!

👋 Kia ora! This is Dr David Henry, one of the doctors working at Meadowbank Medical Centre. He grew up in Auckland, graduated from Avondale College, and completed his MBChB at the University of Auckland in 2022. From the very start of medical school, he has always hoped to become a GP — and he’s thrilled to now be part of a team that serves the community he calls home.

David brings with him a passion for people, a local’s understanding of the area, and a genuine desire to make a difference in patients’ lives.

Meadowbank Medical Centre is delighted to announce the introduction of our ear clinic services in 2025, providing specialist care through our experienced nurses and GPs. Our services include cost-effective earwax removal, ear cleaning, foreign body removal, and treatment of simple ENT conditions. We collaborate with GP Specialists in ENT and Ear Consultant Surgeons to facilitate referrals and coordinate care as needed.
