The flu can be serious — vaccination is the best way to protect yourself and your whānau.

• Pregnant individuals
• People aged 65 years and over

• Children aged 4 years and under who have been hospitalised for respiratory illness or have a history of significant respiratory illness
• People aged 6 months to under 65 years with serious mental health and addiction conditions

Measles cases are rising in NZ, and it spreads very fast. Anyone — children and adults — can get seriously unwell if not immune.

If you’re unsure, contact us. The MMR vaccine is free and the best protection.
