This Friday night, my Thai bro- my coach's son, is back fighting on One Lumpinee. Multiple channel 7 stadium titles, channel 7 fighter of the year, and he's barely 19 @18.pechfocus
Always interesting to watch, he's a right handed Southpaw, with a great left kick and loves elbows. He's grown up as a stadium style fighter - his dad is a multiple weight rajadammern and Lumpinee champ- adapting to the new TV foreigner style fights. And he's damn confusing to spar!

New timetable starting today! Fighters 6pm, Normal adult class 7pm. If you aren't sure which one and you haven't already checked, ask me before turning up, and fighters- follow the rules!

KIDS CLASSES ARE BACK! Starting next week, 18 Feb. We focus on small class numbers, and a safe, controlled environment. Fitness, confidence, fun, and if you want a challenge, build up to a fight! Term one: Tuesday and Thursday, 4pm to 5pm. Book in quick, as with these small class sizes, casual sessions won't be available!

Tonight in Thailand, my coach's son, Focus, is having his second fight on One Lumpinee Friday night fights (at 19 years old!). Focus is the main event again (after a first round knockout in his first fight), so if you can't sleep, stream it at around 3:30am or search it on YouTube in the coming days!
