If you’ve been with Wulf Security for a while, you probably know Sami! He has been a dedicated part of our crew since 2017.

​Sami is one of our Senior Team Members and is currently out there keeping things safe on our mobile patrols. Around here, he is legendary for always going above and beyond on site.

​We love that Wulf Security is a family business, but Sami really took that to the next level, his whole family has worked with us! A massive shoutout to his wife, his four daughters, and his son-in-law who have all been part of the team.

​When he’s not on patrol, Sami is a Pastor and our undisputed Karaoke King with a massive love for music. 🎶👑

​Thank you for everything you do, Sami. We are incredibly lucky to have you in the Wulf Security family!

Every business needs a 'can-do-anything' guy. We just happened to find ours in the family tree. 🌳👊 Meet Graeme...

Graeme joined Wulf Security back in 2021 in a part-time admin role supporting Pat… and let’s just say, it didn’t take long before we realised we had something pretty special on our hands.

By 2023, as the business grew, so did Graeme’s impact. He wasn’t just helping behind the scenes, he was producing top-tier content, streamlining systems, improving processes, and going well and truly above and beyond what was ever expected.

That same year, he took a huge leap of faith, leaving his full-time role at NZ Bus to join Wulf full-time as our Head of Digital & Operations. For a small family business, that kind of trust means everything. There was plenty of skin in the game for all of us (especially since he’s Pat’s brother-in-law 😉), but Graeme believed in the vision, and we’re so glad he did.

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, Graeme drives our digital strategy, streamlines operations, integrates cutting-edge tech, and keeps us pushing forward. He’s hands-on, solutions-focused, and genuinely a “can do anything” kind of guy.

Truth be told… Pat would be lost without him sometimes!

We’re incredibly lucky to have him as a key driving force behind the scenes.

Did you know the spark for Wulf Security actually started with a foot race on Waiheke Island over a decade ago?

​During a date discussing future ambitions, Andrea and Pat ended up in a spontaneous sprint. Andrea won (though Pat will tell you he let her!), and that lighthearted moment became a catalyst for building this business while juggling a young family.

​Andrea has been a powerhouse on our senior leadership team since day one in 2016, supporting Pat in the background, and she recently stepped into the General Manager role full-time!

​Armed with an MBA and a background in Project Management, Marketing, and Sales, she leads our strategic direction and drives operational efficiency. But more than the logistics, Andrea’s leadership is all about people. She is dedicated to building an incredible internal culture and making sure our team, our 'aiga', feels supported every single day.

​We are incredibly lucky to have her leading the charge alongside Pat.

"Is this what I want to do for the rest of my life?"

In 2016, Pat Wulf was a logistics manager (or as he calls it, a ‘warehouse bum boy’) counting screws for orders. He looked at the factory walls and realized the answer was a resounding: NO.

On February 16th, 2016, he sat at his computer, registered Wulf Security Services Ltd, and never looked back.

He didn't have a manual on how to run a business. He was actually pretty terrified. But he started anyway.

10 years later, what started as a "just run with it" moment has grown into everything we are today. We’re feeling incredibly grateful for the journey and for everyone who has been part of the Wulf Security story.

Cheers to 10 years of taking the leap! 🥂🐺

Back in 2016, this journey began with a small, determined team, long hours, and a whole lot of grit. Looking back at where we started to where we are today, we are filled with nothing but gratitude.

You are the calm in the challenge, the professional standard our clients trust, and the reason we are here celebrating a decade in business. You are more than colleagues; you are family.
